Important announcement about Childcare Services during the Gala event:
The parents should contact the following service provider directly. ATASC is not responsible for childcare services! The parents should reserve the service directly communicating with MollyCoddlers ~Nannies & Sitters.
Details about their services as follow;
Mollycoddlers will provide sitters at a rate of
Ages 0-2 years
$55 per child (through 10/14)
$70 per child (late registration after 10/15)
Ages 3 years and up
$40 per child (through 10/14)
$55 per child (late registration after 10/15)
on the following date(s): Saturday, October 29, 2016 from 7p-12a
TOTAL FOR CHILDCARE SERVICES INCLUDING ADD-ONS
Once childcare is reserved no fees will be refunded.
Ratio of sitters to children
1:2 newborn to 2 years
1:4 3-5 years
1:5 6 years and up
• Client will ensure that parents pick their children up at the agreed upon time. If not, families will be charged $5 for every 15 minutes or part of 15 minutes that they are late.
• Client will provide Mollycoddlers with an appropriate and safe location for childcare to take place.
Childcare services to include games, toys, books, arts & crafts, parachutes, dress up clothes, secure sign in/out procedures & experienced, professional sitters. Most importantly Mollycoddlers will provide peace of mind for you, and for the children – FUN!
