Dear ATASC Members,
Our General Assembly is scheduled for Jan 23, 2011 1:30 – 4:30 pm in the afternoon at the Santa Monica Library.
During the General Assembly, we will elect 5 members to our Board of Directors.
Our openings are:
1. President and Chairman of the Board
2. President -Elect and vice-chairman of the BOD
3. At large Board members (2)
4. Chief Financial Officer
All of the members of ATASC and its chapters are welcome to apply for the BOD positions, provided that they have been members in 2010 and their 2011 membership dues are also paid up and eligible for the election (in good standing); and have worked in a chapter and or ATASC board for a year. (2011 dues can be paid at the meeting if they have not been paid yet)
You need to apply by Jan 17, 2011 by e-mailing election committee at info@atasc.org. Applicants must provide a short bio to the election committee.
All ATASC and ATASC’s 5 Chapter s’ (ATASC-SD, LATAA, OCTAA, TALL, VATAN) members who had paid their 2010 dues as of 12/31/2010 can vote in this election.
If you can’t make it to the meeting in person, please make sure to fill out and send the PROXY to us or give it to a member who will be attending.
