We, as Turkish Americans, strongly condemn the terrorist attack on the US Embassy in Ankara, Turkey. This cowardly act killed an innocent bystander as well as the suicide bomber and also injured a few people.
This act again demonstrates that all governments and public should work together to fight terrorism wherever, whenever or whoever they are. We, have ourselves been victims of terrorism on the US soil. We understand how the senseless acts of a few can affect lives of many. Our hearts go the US embassy personnel in Ankara and elsewhere. We hope that the perpetrators (organizers) are also found and brought to justice.
