ATASC and Chapters are hosting Dr. Ufuk Kocabas Project Manager for Yenikapi  “Ancient Port of Constantinople” archeological dig in two public venues. He will be speaking about this incredible find under Marmaray Tunnel — the oldest skeletons found in Turkey, 36 sunken ships, wine and olive oil from centuries ago….and other interesting finds.

March 10, 2012, 4:30 pm Reception by OCTAA at Ocean Institute at Dana Point followed by 6:00 pm  — Lecture at Ocean Institute – Register for both through this link

March 11, 2012 — Champagne Brunch 10 am -1 pm at Nevin Senkan’s Residence. For more information please contact Vega Sankur) followed by 3:00 pm — Lennart Auditorium, UCLA, no registration necessary
